HT-800 is a flame resistant , high temperature silicone foam used for cushioning foam and in turnout gear for firefighters. HT-800 also has sub-freezing flexibility, excellent cushioning and long term rebound.
The flame resistant properties of HT-800 silicone foam are burn tested in this video demonstration, showing its UL 94V-0 rating. The burn test shows flame being applied to one side of the HT-800 silicone foam material, but the other side of the material is not compromised, so it does not burn through. So the HT-800 silicone foam material passed the burn test and earns UL 94V-0 certification.
