CYG heat shrink sleeve for 3LPE pipeline coating system. CYG heat shrink sleeve is a 3-layer systems for corrosion protection and sealing of pipe joints on steel pipelines.
CYG heat shrinkable sleeve consists of a two-component solvent- free liquid epoxy primer, a wraparound heat shrinkable sleeve，two mastic filler and a Closure Patch.
Polyethylene heat shrinkable sleeve is a heat-recoverable radiation crosslinked polyethylene backing coated with a hot-melt adhesive layer.
The epoxy Primer is a corrosion protection layer to improve cathodic disbonding resistance which is applied to the cleaned and dry steel surface.
