SV – 9300 Fire resistant silicone sealant is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant exhibiting superior performance in applications where sealing openings in walls and floors are needed to control the spread of fire, smoke, toxic gasses, and water during fire conditions.

Where to use

It is an ideal material designed for use in fire-stop systems for through penetrations and joints. This product excels in applications where greater water resistance is required e.g. curtain wall, building facade, expansion/pipe and cable joints.

VIDEO OVERVIEW: This was an actual project where the flat roof collapsed under the weight of the accumulated rainwater.

FLAT ROOF DAMAGE: The cause of the roof collapse were clogged roof drains. The standing rainwater built up and added an excessive load to the flat that it was not designed to handle and subsequently collapsed.

PREVENTION: The property owners clearly wanted to avoid the same situation from happening again and the simple solution was to make sure that the roof drains received regular maintenance to prevent them from getting clogged.

HALF THE BATTLE: Just installing new roof drains was not enough. They also wanted to make sure that the roof drains would be lower than the surrounding roof in order to make sure there was no more ponding.

THE SOLUTION: All Tech Plumbing recommended the roof drainage system shown to ensure the roof drains are lowered.

E-620 is perfectly featured with extremely low shrinkage and favoralbe viscosity, good fluidity; Without releasing any by-product with low molecular weight, and it’s cured from top to bottom, from the inside and outside simultaneously, so it will be deeply-cured. The E sereise two part silicone will not meet the problem of degradation or sticky molds because of the existence of by-product of small molecules under certain conditions, (such as closed, high temperature). It is the first grade moulding rubber for the replication, which will definitely make your business much easier.

Applications:
This product can be used in gypsum mold making, including home projects, decoration elements, making concrete fountain mold, replication for cave art in Europe,gympsum crafts molding, buddaha statue molding, fossil molds and cast, Europe component moulding, making sandstone molds, building decoration molding, and so on. As the vulcanizing reactions of addition cure silicone is fundamentally different from tin cure silicone’s, it has no problem of deep vulcanize or reverse reaction.
