It is one- component, moisture curing GP acetic silicone sealant. It cures fast to form a permanently flexible, waterproof and weather resistant silicone rubber. It is widely used for construction, glass assembling and home decoration. It has good adhesion to glass, ceramic, tile, wood and fiber glass, aluminum alloy and hardware, and has no corrosion.

SV 628 General Purpose Acetoxy Silicone Sealant cures to form a durable, reliable and elastomeric rubber for sealing and assembling doors, windows and other joints in bathroom, kitchen. It can adhere to glass, ceramic tile, wood and metal and other kinds of construction materials.

Surface Preparation
Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealants, surface dirt, or glazing compounds and protective coatings.
Application Method
Mask areas adjacent to joints to ensure neat sealant lines. Apply SV628 in a continuous operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light pressure to spread the sealant against the joint surfaces. Remove masking tape as soon as the bead is tooled.
