Chemical Guys Tech Talk shows you the professional way to restore plastic headlights back to the original crystal clear appearance. Chemical Guys will show you how to wet sand the headlights and prepare for the polishing process. Wet Sanding is performed with Chemical Guys Sanding block and extra fine sand paper.

Next, the headlights are polished using V34, V36, and V38 optical polishes using the orange, green, and black Hexlogic polishing pads. The Flex PE-14 Rotary Polisher teamed with the Evolve 4R mini backing plate has the polishing power to remove the sanding scratches and restore the crystal clear appearance to the headlight.

To protect the headlight from feature fading from sun damage, we use a coat of JetSeal which is formulated specifically to protect the headlight against harmful UV Rays.
