We built this room around the bottom of a Jacuzzi so it would be easier to work on when repair would be needed especially in the winter time but leaks kept on coming in so we used FlexShot to prevent leaks it works well around the Jacuzzi but we ran out for the rest of the area and are waiting for the mail order to come in to finish it. We did you the spray on the tile above the room. With the GetFlex spray and those tiles worked well did not discolor them we used Clear.
