I found DAPTex Plus on the shelf at my local home store. It was slightly more expensive then the other yellow stuff but the one big feature, it cleans up with water. I tested it out and it really does clean up with water. It cleans easier if you clean it before it dries but if you don’t then no worries it will still clean up.

This foam doesn’t expand as much as the other yellow stuff but it expands enough to seal most gaps and does the trick.
