How to seal a toilet bowel to the floor is quite easy if you verify that the toilet bowel is not rocking and it is horizontal . The silicon must be waterproof silicon and I used the GE silicon for caulking the toilet bowel to the floor. A tool kit called Pro caulk is used to properly attache the silicon to the toilet base.
