This is how we did a CRACK INJECTION job to repair water leaks in CONCRETE for an underground garage.
https://www.buildingservicesaustralia….
We do polyurethane crack injection and remedial repairs to concrete. This particular job is just a small domestic job, garage actually. There is a leaking terrace from above and it has been leaking for some time apparently. The client has asked us to come so we can do about repairing it. We’ve done that. We’ve approached it from underneath because I don’t want to pull out the blue stamp paving from above.
https://www.buildingservicesaustralia….
THE PROCEDURE
So we’ve drilled into the cracks below and the wall.
We’ve inserted injector pins.
Then we, under high pressure injected a polyurethane water reactive sealing. This sealing adds with the water that is already in the joint, reacts and blooms to about ten times its size. You can see the blooming there, on the yellow color that’s coming out of the actual joint, dragging the salts with it, which is the white salts, the kali chlorides, which is coming out of it and leaching out, which is good. So it’s a good reaction. This is on the wall.
The pins have been driven to the wall, the yellow is blooming out and sealing up the joint as its blooming, doing a terrific job there.
We usually leave that to see how effective it is. There are usually a couple leaks afterwards, after a couple of weeks.
This is a shot here, we have returned.
Procedure After We Returned After a Couple of Weeks
There are still a couple of drips, so we:
Re-injected and put a couple more pins in there, put some more material in there and solve the problem completely.
Afterwards we cut all the pins off.
Seal the ports off with polyurethane sealing and
Give it a quick coat of cement screen, ready for painting.
That’s it for now, we’ve finished the job, everybody’s happy and look, just want to say, thank you for listening and looking at the video.

This is a tutorial on how I made a reproduction spin on hubcap for an American Austin automobile using RTV silicone and casting resin. If you don’t have a set of real good hubcaps, this is an alternative. This process can be used for any 1930′s or earlier automobile. As time goes by, parts are harder to come by. You can also use this process for making shift knobs, choke and radio knobs, etc.
