https://www.VideoJoeKnows.com Inspecting a water damaged ceiling, is an important step to your project. Has the leak stopped, above the drywall ceiling? You can see water stains on the ceiling, & they are still wet. Is the ceiling damaged beyond repair or what should you do next? How long should you wait before making any repairs, to the water damaged ceiling area? Do you have to remove the actual sheetrock/drywall to your damaged ceiling area or can you just let the water dry & patch the ceiling? I see a pucker in the ceiling, where the water was…..what would cause that kind of damage & can it be fixed without removing the drywall ceiling area? I just see a wet area on the ceiling…..how damaged is it & can I repair it right away? Decisions, decisions. Maybe I should just call a plumber or a drywall repair person, or a painter, or a contractor, or a handyman, or a oh I’m not sure now. Hey “joe”…….help!! https://www.VideoJoeKnows.com
https://www.VideoJoeKnows.com Caulking in a toilet: what type of caulking should I use, as I need to make sure I get the right one. You can’t use just any regular caulking to caulk in a toilet, or you’ll be asking for problems. Caulking in a toilet is pretty easy, if you know how….& it starts by using the right kind of caulking. Don’t blow it now, as your toilet install is almost done…..all you got left to do is caulk it in, with the right stuff. Hey “joe”….what say you?
