How to load your sausage gun:
• Remove the end cap, noting the white sausage-only cup
• Grab the back handle, press the thumb-release, and draw the rod back
• Insert the sausage pack into the barrel
• Using the trigger, bring the sausage pack up to the front
• Cut one or multiple openings at the end of the sausage pack
• Cut the end of the cone to the desired width and angle of the bead you want to dispense
• Place the cone back on the gun and put the end cap back on
How to configure your sausage gun to dispense 10oz cartridges
• Remove the end cap and the barrel
• Loosen the set screws on the white sausage-only cup and remove the cup
• Put the barrel back on
• Draw the rod back and insert the cartridge
• Replace the end cap and set the rod in place to the back of the cartridge.
• Cut the end of the cartridge to the desired width and angle of the bead you wish to dispense
