UTVHitchworks.com – Welcome to UTV Hitchworks, Home of the Farmboy. In this video we will be demonstrating the proper installation of the Bed Boss rack system. The first step is to remove the rubber caps located at the 4 corners of the dump bed. Then, raise the dump bed to provide room for the installation of the side pieces of the Bed Boss. Slide the short pieces into the holes in the corner of the dump bed, making sure that the mesh is on the inside. Then, lower the dump bed back down. Once this is done, locate the remaining wall that does not have the UTV Hitchworks tag on it. This will be installed at the front of the dump bed using the provided bolts and washers. 2 washers should go between each piece. Again, make sure the mesh is on the inside. Next, install the last side wall directly over the tailgate with the mesh facing inside. Only 2 bolts will be used on this piece, in the upper holes. Once all sides are in place, tighten bolts fully. Next, install the pins as shown. Final installation should look like this. If you have any questions, or to see the rest of our products, visit utvhitchworks.com
This is a follow up video to update everyone on how the Plasti Dip held up to wear on my Roshe Runs. I wore them to work 5 days in a row. I didn’t baby them, clean them or fix them in any way in those 5 days. Although I knew the Plasti Dip wouldn’t stay on, I was pleasantly surprised by how much did stay on, especially considering I wore them for 8+ hours a day at work.
