A full restored 1965 Century Sabre goes on it’s final shake down test run before being turned over to it’s owner. Restored by Macatawa Bay Boat Works it is being run on Lake Macatawa in Holland, Michigan. Repowered with a new PCM 5.7 liter 350 cubic inch V-8 engine with 315 horse power, the boat performed very nicely with speeds to 50 MPH! the boat structure, new “no-soak/no-leak” double bottom and original hullsides were completely restored with new stainless fasteners and assembled with 3M-5200 marine adhesive. Restored fiberglass shear and deck cap, new upholstery, chrome, aluminum fuel tank, wiring, underwater running gear, custom MBBW Classic Trail inboard trailer and full custom mooring cover are just some of the items that make the restoration complete. If you’ve noticed a large or small gap on the bottom of your front door, you need to install a door seal to keep from losing air you pay to cool and heat! Duck Brand’s Triple Draft Seal can be cut to size with a hacksaw and doesn’t require any nails to install. It’s friction-fit will keep it in place and keep unwanted air out. You can adjust it up or down to ensure a tight fit with your door’s threshold!
