Watstop is a liquid waterproofing membrane made with epoxy resin, to stop rising damp and water infiltration. Watstop can resist up to 9,5 ATM of pressure in counter thrust and it thus suitable in any situation where it is not possible to work directly on the infiltration, such as underground walls, cellars, garages, etc… It is also a suitable vapour barrier over any kind of support and walls.
Moreover, Watstop is suitable to stop rising damp on vertical walls, avoiding the removal of the old plaster and realizing very low thickness, but with a high level of waterproofing. Watstop can be painted over with traditional paint, skim coat, glue, resins or ceramics.
