CSD RISE Rapid cable duct seal kits provide effective protection and cable sealing to utility power cables entering high voltage substation cable ducts at 11kV and 33kV – this includes cable sealing of BS7870 type 11kV Triplex cables (95sqmm, 185sqmm and 300sqmm).
CSD RISE Rapid cable duct seal is a multi-cable sealing system providing an effective and simple solution to all gas and water tight cable duct sealing requirements in 11kV and 33kV high voltage substations.
CSD RISE Rapid duct seal kits consist of only two components : NOFIRNO sealant, a silicone based fire resistant, water repellent sealant and rubber multi sleeves. CSD RISE multi sleeves are supplied in bonded strips that enable sleeving the cables and packing the free space in a cable duct even easier, especially for installation in verticle cable ducts.
The bonded sleeves help to reduce wastage, they can be separated for filling smaller gaps and easily set back within the required 20mm depth providing greater flexibility of the duct seal product.
