How to install marble on bench seat and shower curb. The marble for the bench seat will have to be fabricated and made to the right size, cutting a large piece of slab marble can be difficult without the right tools. The marble for the curb on the other hand will be of a manageable size and can be easily cut to length on a wet saw. The marble should be set on the bench so that it is slightly tilted towards the inside of the shower, so that any water that falls on the seat will flow of and towards the drain, the same goes for the marble on the shower curb, but the tilt of the curb should only be slight so that it will not interfere with the bottom of a glass door that will be installed. Use a polymer modified thinset to install the marble.
