ire Lyna’s advanced technology
Tire Lyna’s technological advancement was to develop a high performance commercial tire sealant and to allow a substance of gel like medium viscosity and non-reactively to fully coat the inside of a tires casing surface, prevent air leakage under a wide range of pressures and operate under a wide temperature band of -80oF/-62oC – +370oF/188oC during high speed conditions.
One innovative aspect in which Tire Lyna’s chemistry stands out is that the formulation is made of non-toxic and biodegradable advanced chemicals of the highest grade. Tire Lyna remains in a gel state over the entire tread life of the tire. Tire Lyna is considered a tire safety/maintenance product that extends the tread life of any commercial and recreational operated tire as opposed to short-term temporary solution like aerosol tire sealants. The chemistry of Tire Lyna relies upon complex interaction of numerous non toxic chemical agents to work in harmony and protect the tire casing against heat, oxidation damage and road hazards.
Tire Lyna’s Nano Interlock Sealing Technology is made of advanced non-toxic chemicals, biodegradable fibers and superior rust inhibitors delivering superior permanent sealing.
End User Benefits
Flat tires can cause the rim of the wheel to ride on the tire tread potentially resulting in loss of control of the vehicle or irreparable damage to the wheel assembly. The most common cause of a flat tire is puncturing of the tire by a sharp object, such as thorns, glass or a nail, letting air escape. Depending on the size of the puncture, the tire may deflate slowly or rapidly. Tire leaks and punctures are a huge cost, both money and downtime to fleets and consumers.
There are over 50 million commercial tires in North America and several reports indicate that more than 35% of these tires are under inflated by rim/bead leaks, normal tire casing porosity or puncture related slow leaks.
• Balances wheel end assembly
• Continually self-seals punctures up to ½” (1.2 cm) in diameter
• Protects tire casing from heat and oxidation damage
• Operates between -58°F to 370°F (-50°C to 188°C)
• Does not block the valve stem
• Stops Bead/Rim and Vent leaks
• Added safety for used and recapped tires
• Washes out easily
• DOES NOT FREEZE
