I just got my pro pointer for Christmas and since I plan to do some water detecting when it gets warmer, I decided to go ahead and waterproof it! There are some people out there who seal theirs with silicone which voids the warranty because you can’t get it all off. I figured I would seal mine by dipping the entire thing in plasti dip, which peels off cleanly, therefore, not voiding the warranty.
