SV-602 is a 2-part structural epoxy adhesive developed for such application as dry fixing cladding. It has strong adhesion to metals, woods, reinforced plastics stone, ceramic and masonry. After taking apart and cleaning the carburetor, the float bowl gasket had disintegrated. Instead of trying to make a new one, I used Permatex 2 form a gasket. It is fuel resistant and non hardening. It worked great. Got the tip from SixtyFiveFord mechanical engineer.
